What makes touch safe? How do we get the touch that we want? When you engage with another -whether a friend, lover, or colleague – are you doing what they *want* you to do, or what they *allow* you to do? What is the difference and why does it matter?
Join Sasha Lasdon and Mihal Davis for a guided, experiential workshop, based on the Wheel of Consent (created by Dr. Betty Martin). It’s a powerful tool to improve the quality of your touch and create clear agreements so you can experience satisfying connections to yourself and with others.
This workshop is about:
-waking up sensuality – feeling and following pleasure
-making choices – learning how to choose for yourself
-understanding the dynamics of receiving and giving and taking them apart
-understanding who is doing the action and who it is for, and knowing the difference
-gaining skills of empowerment and communication
During this workshop, there will be many opportunities for exchanging touch as part of learning, but there is no genital touch and clothing stays on in the workshop.

Sasha Lasdon is a Somatic Sex Educator based in Madison, WI. They have trained with Betty Martin over the past 4 years. They teach erotic embodiment for individuals, couples and groups. They also teach movement and improvisation internationally.
Mihal Davis is a Naturopathic Doctor and Acupuncturist with an interest in energy medicine, Tantra and Betty Martin’s Wheel of Consent. Mihal trained with Betty in 2018 and has been studying erotic embodiment for 8 years
